(1) A Hymn To Our Beginnings Poem by leonard daranjo

(1) A Hymn To Our Beginnings

Rating: 5.0

Appearing prehistoric,
Primordial,
Pterodactylian,
A wild duck
Winged the sky
Tracing rhythmic silences
In universal cross currents
Softly and serenely whispering its way
Through an atmospheric tunnel
Longingly I looked
And followed its passage
And wished I could,
If only for a brief moment,
Enter its domain
To experience
The wonderful connectivity
The synergistic natural harmony
The inner grace and tranquillity
And seek out
The seismic silence
Between tectonic plates
