#12 (From,100 Love Poems) Poem by Peter S. Quinn

#12 (From,100 Love Poems)

Moon of love's longings is springtime away
The seaweed from the oceans of times light
Secret clarity of the ongoing night
When the new opens through to make a day
When winters journey will end with stars and ice
And bring to the air the fragrances new
That comes with morning of clearances through
As tomorrow gives peek into blue skies
O hear days are chanting infinity's glow
Through the rivers of time in the making
And melting away the wintry cold snow
That the feelings of moody were aching
Carnations of shine with shadows falling
For now is the spring of tomorrow calling
