.3. Wondering Poem by David Threadgold

.3. Wondering

I wonder if the grass is greener
On the other side
I wonder if the sun shines brighter
If the Moon should hide

I wonder if a moonbeam
Could change a sunlight’s ray
I wonder how the sun and moon
Know when its night or day

I wonder if the sunshine
With heat could scorch the moon
I wonder if it’s time for bed
Or should I get up soon
