Oh Connemara moonshine
I long for you to wash over me
Silouhetted broad oak tree
Midnight bathing in the sea
Oh Connemara morning sun
Chasing the night away
Rising 'cross the sweet blue ocean
Illumination of Galway Bay
Warm Twelve Pin raincloud
Welcomed by the land
Cooling early morning
Making rainbows in the sand
The sweet smell of the peat
Lingering in my mind
Awakening all the senses
A beautiful, lucky find
And the fireflies playful dance
Ignites the evening shade
A fantastic twilight flickering
A moonlight serenade
