58 - Escape.....Snow White Queen

Rating: 5.0

I lay wrapped up in flowers inside your field
With a purple sky over me
Candy clouds of lullabies
Far beyond this world i see

Wrapped up in your thorns of lies
Underneath Mother Nature's rain
I build my own world to escape
This rampant chaos of pain

As Mother Nature's rain falls
It Sings a sadden story
The wind whispers my name
As the ghosts call to me

I stand inside a doorway
In an inbetween
Turning smiles as i lay down
To my icy Snow White Queen

Memories of my past
Hide in a hollow tree
My world turns to winter
As the White Queen calls to me

My Snow White Queen restored my faith
No longer bound to your lies
I lie peacefully sleeping inside my field
beneath clouds of lullabies

This poem does sing a sad story, but it is a very beautiful one. Ten from me. Kind wishes, Sandra
