is greeted by some flood victims as a paid for staged hero?

while poor Ir. Joko Widodo elected governor a mere 3 months
is persecution blamed for all 70 plus years generations of neglect?

why did President Yudhoyono make his first ever flood appearance?
why because presidential palace grounds were among areas flooded?
