Atop a glacier in the Edurne mountains
sleeps the ice dragon Izotz of Tuyet
a virtual king of the surrounding area
with no one daring to challenge his rule
His white scales are barely visible against the snow
giving the illusion that he is not there
only the steam coming from his nostrils gives a clue
but by the time you see that it is too late
Surrounding Izotz are a number of ice statues
each one a human or elf who has dared approach him
frozen solid by a blast of his icy breath
to serve as a warning for others to stay away
Eventually he opens his sapphire eyes
and spreads his powerful wings
his roar echoes around the mountain range
causing multiple avalanches
