A CHOICE TO REJOICE

A choice to rejoice, thank You Lord for this
Knowing Christ as Saviour, gives my soul sweet bliss
While all around me rages, trials and testings sure
In the Rock Of Ages, I know I am secure
Smiles come in billows, waves of joy and mirth
As I think upon my Saviour, who giveth me new birth
Happiness, contentment, above the world this peace
Receiving His grace daily, increase by increase

Resting in His promises, standing on them too
Which give each believer, Heaven's point of view
From this So Great Salvation, solidified in Christ
I never cease to praise Him, who paid my ransom price
All glory, laud, and honour, unto Christ that King
Praise Him all ye children, praise in everything
Who can know such pleasure, from Him who's meek and mild
Giving love, His awesome love, to each, His precious child.
