A close link- Eyes
Tuesday,21st July 2020

Truly speaking
and staking
the claim of my closeness
with eyes

when my eyes feel weakened
the tears flow is hastened
adding the sadness with a mixture
to move anybody for sure

whenever I have felt the pinch of salt
It has built
a wall to stop the overflow
of tears and not allow to appear

it has established a close link
to align with any thinking
that sends a disturbing signal
for the free arrival of tears

I trust my eyes
and earnestly try
to defend the role
as she has stood well for any tragic call
