A Dance of Stars

A dance of stars
We see at night
And from ages long forgotten
A gentle light traverses
As a memory is spoken.

A dance of stars
Created us,
Our very bones are stardust
And somewhere in the universe
We ourselves are star lights.

A dance of stars
In some pure immensity
Of immortal greatness
What is time? What is life?
To explain is impossible.

A dance of stars
Sending a hidden message
Written in light
The past becomes present
And present becomes future.
