What do you think this poem is about?

A FEW DERRY HAIKU

Water ebbing and
Flowing quietly on shingle
By the grey lough side.

Cold October wind
Causing a yellow candle
To flicker and die.

A spade in a plot
With robin on the handle
Ruffled and chirping.
