A Flower Will Grow And Grow (From, The Complete Collected Poems Of Strains) Poem by Peter S. Quinn

A Flower Will Grow And Grow (From, The Complete Collected Poems Of Strains)

A flower will grow and grow
And give every petals show
Of love colors up and close
In shades that to summer flows
Of every nature's true choice
Is given much speculation
With every tincture’s rejoice
In its step by step gradation

Their moments are never lost
They give of their pleasure’s glow
Of foliage green to yellow rust
As season in its moment's go
Like blue sky in dreams high
Following new twilight's dawn
Where every our fortunate lie
To carry our good judgment on

A life is like a flower of living
Growing its leaves from steam
Every its laudable there giving
Both of reality and of its dream
