from one worry to the next, I'm worried
at intervals and pauses,
I find time to worry
one man's worry,
another man's cause for contemplation

be aware, be alert, be cautious
of course they say they're not worried
women don't take the world as is
forever trying to change and if they can't
it's environment, or male counterpart

after God put us here, we worried
got a soul or invented one.
still I'd rather worry than have no hopes
thus from one hope to the next I'm worried
