A leader rather leads than complains
About his opponents and their resistance.
He is never sort of passion
For his skills of statesmanship.
He strides but never cut short,
Just because of his criticism,
In lieu he seeks for peace and solution
Than revenge- an eye for an eye.
A leader keeps his mind open,
Listens to home and abroad without venom.
He can win hearts of foes and rivals
By works exemplary and tongue humble.
He who possesses forte and confidence
To keep his pledge and commitment;
Never he dangles, nor blames on others
For his gridlock but on himself.
