A Little More-They Say
The earth rotates on its axis-
They say.
What if the axis topples one day?
How much longer can it hold
the pools of blood
and miseries untold?
We have exuded enough
carbon-di-oxide
To melt the hard polar ice-
They say.
More bodies axed
More limbs hacked
More children orphaned
More dreams broken
They pray.
Few more dead
Blood deeper red
May thaw their heart
They pledge,
For ice is cold
But colder still
In their eyes is the steel
They say.
earth still flows even by the reeks all when betides by time unsavory, , , , , wonderful feeling by humanity, as we lose our ecology of living, ingenious write,10++, thanks for sharing
