A Natural Smile Poem by Hemakumar Nanayakkara

A Natural Smile

Rating: 5.0

Birds twittering sweet melodies in the morning
Fragrance of a rain spreading in the gentle breeze
Rustling leaves in a forest of trees
Leash of foxes running free to the wild
Smooth silky clouds sailing across the sky
Appearence of rainbows above the far horizon
Herd of cows grazing in the meadow
Grass glittering with early morning dew
Gardens full of colourful blooming flowers
Butterflies floating around fragrant blossoms
Through the eyes one could see the beauty of mother nature
Yet, would not be able to experience any kind of a sensation
That could be as beautiful as a pure natural smile

You bring into beautiful relief all the things that nature is wonderful for.

of all things beautiful, nothing is more beautiful than a natural smile or the warm fuzzy feeling bestowed on the one receiving the smile. Lovely sentiment and so true.

Every line made me smile at the thought of them. Smiles something you can give away and are most often returned to you. A real feel good poem Linda
