The friendly sky
Smashed with fury
Every home and dome
The blazing sun
Came out designing
Scary shades and shadows
The mother earth
Shook convulsively
To shake up one and all
The buoyant sea
Went up in tides
To swallow up sailing ships
The river of life
Drowned every hope
To reap the fruit of labour
The youthful body
Was eaten up
By corrosive cancers
The sinless soul
Lay rotting
In the lusts of the flesh
The God of life
Happened to be
The killer of His own
