No one who has paid attention,
With common sense and kept sanity.
To know that today's current events.
Did not occur to happen overnight.
And although disturbing,
Can be this sight to be frightening.
Living one's best life,
Is more today a possibility to do.
Since there are few,
Who stayed conscious and not delude...
The steps others took,
To disbelieve the truth to excuse reality...
As a passing fad that would soon from them fade.
And they are the ones today,
Trying to convince themselves...
To be normal.
Stable.
And not out of their dysfunctional minds.
