A Poem For Maya
The pain has risen in my heart as I think to myself 'Why is my friend being abused by someone she call brother.' Why is the pain in my heart deepen for someone who beats a broken girl. My heart deppens for this lost & confused girl. Her body & soul is given to a man who she be calling her daddy.Her innocence was taken from a man who doesn't even love her.
