A Rose Poem by Marilyn Shepperson

A Rose

Rating: 5.0

I picked a perfect rose
Salmon pink and sweetly scented
I knew it wouldn't last that long
But I did it to save it from the weather
And yes, I will admit it
I picked it for my pleasure
