A Secret Poem by Piyush Dey

A Secret

Rating: 5.0

Some words that are entangled in
my heart,
that keep peering through my eyes,
sometimes hastily and sometimes
unintentionally,
are, my dear, awaiting some voice,
i know, you are aware of that and
you keep peeking into my eyes
every now and then, just for a second,
so that you can somehow find the
meaning of the song that my eyes
play.

Some words are also entangled in
your heart,
that keep peering through your eyes,
sometimes hastily and sometimes
unintentionally,
and they keep asking for words,
you too know that i am aware of that and
i also keep peeking into your eyes
every now and then, just for a second,
so that i can somehow find the
meaning of the song that your eyes
play.

Such is our affair, my dear!
Our only secret that is
hidden from the curious world.

very unique and eloquentlly written piece on nonverbal expression. The inner soul is revealed before words are ever spoken. There are no secrets..

Words often do not come out, but eyes speak aloud the language of love which lovers alone can discern! This is a more powerful way of communication which the rest of the world cannot hear or comprehend! A lovely poem!

Piyush this work is so on point to so many......you see they have so much to say, they need to say; but the words are trapped behind the eyes telling all. How wonderfully beautiful.
