A Summer's Trip Poem by Emeree Reyton

A Summer's Trip

A long ride to the beach
but its nice when holding hands,
and the sky of our intention,
it is clear light blue,
with maybe pearl white strands,
and the air near the sea
is salty and cold
and my toes can feel the soft warm sand,
and in the ocean we will play,
on a towel we can eat and rest,
and under the sun we'll dry,
in your arms I'll lie.
