A Unknown To World Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Unknown To World

Rating: 4.8

World is full of misery and fantasy
She was able to represent it as rosy
She leaned heavily on my face side
I saw the whole world so vast and wide

Does that mean she was what all I desired?
All along in barren land I longed and admired?
Was she landing from divine land on earth?
What was I expected to do for her berth?

She was standing there before my eyes
Hands waving in recognition but not for byes
I couldn’t believe what was taking place
She was almost there for my world to replace

She was exact replica or beautifully carved piece
I just slipped in memory to find eternal peace
She was there with almost bright sun shine
I sensed deep breath with so much feeling fine

I was dumb founded and really stunned
Feet were crumbling and mind was out of tune
I raised my eyes to find her real essence
How much I was away across the fence?

I extended my hands for her nod and approval
Fragrance all over from fresh flowers on her arrival
She was all there but I was in dilemma
Will she be ever close to end the trauma?

I saw her hands coming together to clap
I was afraid she may all of sudden slap
“Will I loose her” struck the question?
“What is she to me” and what is equation?

She distanced closer and whisper in ear
This is my decisive and favored year
“You are my man” I searched all over globe
I pondered over many time and made probe

“Where were you for so many long years”?
“Why couldn’t I hear your words in my ears”?
“You are real visionary and I think through mind”
Where would I go especially all over to find?

She was there almost in my grab and in hand
I invited her to be my vision and friend
Make it mixture of your mind and my vision
Poetry may emerge form our holy union

World may witness outcome of our honeymoon
It will be in fact a rare combination and reality soon
Will the blowers raise their head and give indication of boom?
Is there any place for me in your kingdom or room?

I closed my eyes to feel pulse of her gentle touch
She was smelt all over and I felt it as such
Why did she prefer me all over other options?
Why did she not move with neat and close caution?

I shall remain close to her with my vision
Her mind and heart may beat in unison
I shall wave at her in recognition of her total surrender
I shall not mind if black clouds make noise and thunder
