A while
And I haven´t thought of you in a while
That particular thought hasn´t crossed my mind lately
I wonder what´s gotten into me
I´m healing, changing…maybe
I don´t talk about you
Not one single word,
Unlike I used to
And I can´t even hear
The echo of your voice in my ear
I just forgot the sound of your voice
I´m finding a new reason to rejoice
I haven´t dreamed of you in a while now
My dreams are back to being free and wild now
My charm bracelet has broken
But my tiny heart has learned how to survive
And the thought you hasn´t crossed my mind….
In a while….
