A Winter's Night Poem by Reva Kern

A Winter's Night

Rating: 4.0

Ah!How the snow came down
My window is a garden of frost
Ah! How the snow came down
What a misery to live
In the pain I have, that I have

All the ponds froze
My soul is dark
Where am I?Where am I going?
All hopes froze
I am a new Norwegian
Where fair skies are going

Cry, birds of February
For the direness of things
Cry, birds of February
Cry my tears, cry my roses
To the juniper branches

Ah!How the snow came down
My window is a garden of frost
Ah!How the snow came down
What a misery to live
For all the trouble I have, that I have.....
