About Mine Poem by William S. Tribell

About Mine

I don't care to share
I know this about me
I accept this about me

How about you?
Do you really like to?
To share?
Really?

What about yours?

You know you like yours
Think now of something that is yours
Something you don't like to share
It IS yours and you like it that way

Do you hide it?

It, doesn't have to be an item; a thing
It, could be a thought
It, could be a secret

Something only you know
Something about your self

IT IS

So must then we all covet
Something only ours
No one else's
Mine all mine
