Addiction Poem by Peyton Moore

Addiction

So many choices, so many times
History repeating itself
So many paths in front of my eyes
Which one I walk I can't tell
I feel the walls of my heart caving in
As I see the choices provided
The curiosity of my mind wins
This pressure was uninvited
Inhale exhale, simple breaths
My hands tremble and shake
The choice I've made only ends in death
Barry me with a pack in case I wake
