There were seasons of laughter.
There were seasons of tears.
There were seasons of hope,
And seasons of fears.
A sweet season of joy,
A season of pain,
A season of sun,
And a season of rain.
Now the seasons have gone-
It is time we will cry.
The seasons have ended,
In a season of good-bye.
Like the petals of a rose,
I open no more,
Even if the sun,
Should shine as bright as before.
Like the grey clouds of autumn,
My heart is dark, too-
With each beat it recalls,
Adieu to me and you.
Now the seasons grow still,
Not a star in the sky,
And the seasons have gone,
In a season of good-bye.
Lesa, I like this poem. It reminds me of the good times I have had. The heart is the only part of us that can truly put words together like this. Beautiful writing. Always & 4ever, Grace

Lesa, This one is so sad...The reader feels your pain and hurt and the emptiness that a 'seasonless' world describes. love, Allie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
