True Beauty given by God
symbol of honor and respect
pride of homes and families
has been lost in eyes of lust.
Striving for more status
the need for great fame
What man has made
has become man's desire.
The covers of books
keeps her beauty
advertisement and deception
risks her dishonor.

We’re lured and enticed by ad…especially the focal point is 'flesh-feminine-flash-flush-in'; … Nice poetry…. Thanks for sharing Ms. Nivedita UK 10/10
Such harsh truth in a poem that still remains truly beautiful is wonderful. The ability to show beauty in cruel honesty is a skill which many hope to learn. The fact that I believe it comes naturally to you makes it all the more impressive. When I think of this poem the song 'Big Yellow Taxi' comes to mind. They both deal with what the world is coming to with beauty fading from the greed of others. While the song shows the physical aspects, your poem shows the more emotional aspects. Although, they both show the truth. Nicely done.
