This day I solemnly lay,
thy abdicating poet, within mine heart;
breast to bliss aberrant rest.
Thus quarantine complete I may,
each pitiful day, as academic student;
address my amputated scholar best.
But doth that include regimen strict
scenario impulse sky T.V.; torpid dormant
flickering transcendent transmutant,
evening ebbing gloom; is tension release boon?
Abut winter chill doth enclose force hibernate
intrude to exclude; solemn somatic exercise solution
flowers early poetic fever, inaction vibrant
bursting bloom; somersault solicitous academic sworn?
somatic – affecting the body not the mind, relating to or affecting the body, especially the body as considered to be separate from the mind.
Regimen - a plan, a regulated course such as a diet, exercise or treatment, designed to give a good result.
