Afghanistan Poem by Taylor Rosewood

Afghanistan

Unheralded in life,
they don't fear death,
and leave their parents
to fold up a uniform.

Maybe it's gone- in
the bottom of a drawer,

or maybe it hangs proudly
in a patriot's still life.

And if they made it that
far, their offspring will
know. That's daddy's
special smell in the lining
of a pocket.

But it's been ten years- not
exactly, but close enough.

The librarian lowers
the flag, and I ask,
'Excuse me. Which
President died? '

Afghans are not unheralded in life. You can go and check them also in Harvard and Princetons.American interest to open an air base to reduce fuel consumption when they want to attack China is a problem for Afghanistan. They want not problems and illegal immigrants with ostentatious showdowns there like what wants not USA also -immigrants from Asia.Ten years was enough to break USSR and now its USAs turn to break in another yr or two.Freedom and democracy cannot be broken from people`s hearts does not matter if they are born in 1st world countries with more benefits from governments.Only people with more amenities are afriad of death in the fear of losing all or something that weighs more than all.
