Agony Of A Life Poem by Sasanka Sekhar Panda

Agony Of A Life

Who will be happy?
If he is deprived of
the joys and pathos of life
and confined
in the dark dungeon.

He will be hanged
in that lonely hour
where their will be the burning fire
even in the mid summer day,
and will face the ordeal in the heaven
to be weighed in the balance of justice.

He knows the exploitation
the macabre butchery,
he knows it well that
he is helpless, but innocent.
