All my broken pieces

I want to tell you my heart longs for you. I want to care for you as best you and God will ever allow. All I have to offer you are all my broken pieces.
My heart was broken by some who tossed my love aside.
There were some who claimed to be overwhelmed by love so they ran to hide.
There were some who just gave less love then they took.
So there were times I had to hide my love inside many a book.

My body was broken by the years of much neglect.
Although I did what I could to help a chosen few, my well being was something for which no-one has ever checked.

My spirit is strong and beautiful. My intentions are very sincere.
Throughout all of my physical or emotional brokenness, you may always find love for you there. It is a love that runs deep and can last you the rest of your life. That is what I truly need you to hear.

For as long as I have known you, you have been safe, considerate and so very kind. It seems these days, next to God and the desire to be made whole; you are that special one who stays in the forefront of my mind.

I love God. I have to will and desire to be healthier and happier as the days come my way. I have beautiful dreams of the life that waits to greet me. I nurture my inner child. My spirit is strong and vibrant. God is working on my everyday. So with all of this truth I share.

I have but one thing to offer you…
