You keep falling and falling and you don't know what to do
Tears fall down your face at night
Cause during the day you hide them behind your eyes
Pretending to be okay
Covering up everything in the mirror
Hoping someone might see through
See through your eyes
And see the pain inside you
Cause you've built it up through the years
Trying to stay strong although its hard to stay strong
especially when you're hurting so bad
Broken and bruised
All the scars on you represents a story only you know
And you know that no one else will ever understand
You keep it all inside and let it out only at night
Screaming at the top of your lungs
Putting more scars on you with a knife
You keep the knife hidden at all times
Take it out when nobody's there
And its your addiction
You've tried to turn away but it kept calling your name
And you missed the pain
It also soothed your soul
Your dark black soul
You keep going back for more and more
How can nobody see it
Are they really that blind
To see the scars on you or are they just dumb as hell
You're dying and screaming
But no one can hear they shut their ears up
Not caring at all
You wish that you could some how turn back time
Turn back time and change everything
So you can be happy and not fake it
But you know that will never happen in a million years
Taking it day by day wanting to die
You're already dying inside
You don't know how much more you can take
All this pain is just to much
Its tearing you all a part
But you don't know what to do
So you just lay there all alone
Hoping that someday soon you won't be here
In a way you want to die but then again you don't know what you want
So you lock all the pain away inside
Hoping that one day someone will see through your eyes
And see all that pain
All that pain that you've hidden through the years and that maybe just maybe that someone will come and rescue you and make you whole
