All The Way Poem by Buxton Shippy

All The Way

Rating: 3.5

Emotions twisting
Mind racing towards the end
Uncontrolled life edging
Pray to the Deity
Trouble everywhere
The people wailing

It is a threatening day
A life of constraint
Not one without limits
Just coping
This life needs a positive convolution
Yes, with twist and turns
So when you laugh
Grass burns

O Deity resurrect this life
Let it hops and skips
Like children
With an occasional bump
Here and there
Don't let them put me in a box
Or a vacuum
Before they do
Stick this skin
And let it bleed

Never again will they say
I am not worthy
Or his life is just a play
This time not even the sky
Can stop me
This time I go all the way
Can't you see?
The man is more than a color!
