Allowed Nuisance Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Allowed Nuisance

A nuisance to allow,
Will still remain a nuisance to ignore.
Giving it more power.
To know how it became acceptable.
And with approval too difficult to rid.
A nuisance allowed to be what it is,
Is going to be around for awhile!
Like anything else allowed to annoy,
Without restrictions or self discipline.
Or respect to show or known to have had it,
Taught to learn.
By those having none for themselves!
