Always/Never Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Always is far away from here
It escaped and disappeared
What was once thought to last
has vanished into the past

When a garden is in full bloom
weeds invade…creating gloom
To break the trend it is vital
to reinvent and change the title

Never can be the surprising answer
so get your pencil and planner
Never let what is beyond vision
trap your dreams in a prison

Take the assets that remain
don't let them go down the drain
Use all the wind that is blowing
to fill your sails… now you're growing
