Always Remember Poem by Matthew Holloway

Always Remember

If you find something that makes you feel good
Hold onto it tightly, fight for it
Never let it slip into a void of nothingness
Never let that feeling become lost
Use every breath within you
Hold firm when each nerve is tested
When all energy seems to be seeping from your soul
Remember that something and your will to fight
Remember the joy and light it brings to you
And curl a frist about it tightly
Be unwilling to let it go, ever
One loose hand, one diverted look
One single moment of reluctance
And it could be lost forever
Never to be found, known, felt again
If you find something that makes you feel good
Hold onto it tightly, fight for it
Never let it slip into a void of nothingness
Always remember, always remember
