Soul locked deep within this shell
Hidden away with only the memory of happiness
That brief glimpse of contentment replaying relentlessly
Your eyes, your smile, your laugh, all lost
Replaced with this sickening despair

Cast back into this lonely existence
Set adrift in this endless abyss of suffering
Desperately searching the darkness for any light
My tattered sanity quickly unraveling
Dreams of you my only escape from this endless torment
That our love was true, my last and only hope

Deep within i feel something begin to rise
Powerful emotions thought lost taking all control
The love heard in your voice, making my dreams come true
Soon you will be wrapped safely within my arms again
My love felt in every lil touch, every single kiss
