I gave this a solid 8. This is the score I give a poem that I would recommend.
The important thing you did was keep it shout and concise. There were no wasted
words or flowery language to hide a weak poem. That, makes this a strong poem.
Overall, the message is very good and most importantly is communicated well.
It perhaps, could have been written better. But this is more an experience thing.
It also, has no special characteristic. That's why it didn't score higher for me.
