An Early Learning School Student And A Fertile Goat! Poem by Dr.V.K. Kanniappan

An Early Learning School Student And A Fertile Goat!

Stays kept in a place; jumps if no one is there to control;
Gets beating with the stick if the last ranks are secured;
Shouts now and then; shall be pulled back if discontinues;
Slowly learns what should be learnt; later reaps the fruit!

- Early learning school student!

Kept inside a shed; jumps if no one is to control;
Gets into fighting with each other with head and horns;
Bleats; shall be pulled up while it is lagging behind;
It chews at rest; Finally, it is killed and sent for feast!

- Fertile Goat!

So to say, an early learning school student
and a fertile goat are considered one and the same!
