An Episode Of Your Life

There is one episode in your life
That you gladly kill, destroy, and rip it from your memory
Just to make it forgotten forever
There is one episode in your life
That you wish to come back, reply even sell your soul
Just to feel again the moment
But no matter what you do
It will never be the same
The pain, the shame, the vain
Will be varying every time you remember it
Until it comes to bearable stage
The joy, the excitement, the deep
Will be different every time you remind it
Until it turns into dulling level
And even though you thought it is only scrapping your heart
In the end it is polishing you
To keep going on your long tired journey

Poem of the Day

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
