An Invitation Poem by Dan Debello

An Invitation

Rating: 4.8

A whisper in the dark
Dreams filled to the brim with desire
Illicit ministrations, fill my mind
Turn the page, a peak into a new world
A world with blessings of abstract drugs
Guaranteed to leave you breathless
And shatter your psyche
With the ravaging of your imagination
This is an invitation
To you child
At the moment you ripe
Take my hand
