An Unusual Meeting Poem by Dorsey Baker

An Unusual Meeting

You watch them
As they Come Into the room
He sits himself upon a stool
By the window
Hidden by its blinds
She lies her body down
Upon the velvet sheet
The room is quiet
A lamp is standing
Next to a table
It's light
Very bright
Suddenly!
The man locks the door
And flicks off
The lamplight
Darkness floods the room
You begin to feel
Very uncomfortable!
