Angel Poem by Joestar Wanderer

Angel

I'm an angel
Just happened to misplace my halo so I'll stay low
They know, that's why they don't question and if they did well the devil got more souls for digestion
I do my job nothing more nothing less, it's stress trying to solve god's test
I digress
Nothing of a demon just half human half angel, never ask my left hand bitch to take a photo she don't know the right angle
Lucifer is human so are we so now I see I'm the first of my kind, no wonder I can never control my mind
Still I'm sent here to watch over these people
Humanity act so innocent but the naiveness so lethal
Hey though,
These humans so fuego burn everything wherever they go
Can't say I'm not apart of the team I get no playing time more important than I seem
God had a dream, I came right down the seam and stitched the wounds, a world gleamed for many moons, flowers bloomed, visions of euphoria
I serve the lord almighty, I ain't here to sight see not putting that politely
Life is something serious why would I choose to take it lightly
Bred these demons in my home with no love so why I act surprised when they fight me
Devil steady tryna tether me, really think he scared of me, bestow so much power I'm in the highest choir
Imma let it sing till I hit the highest note, told you if these wings keep moving I will float
One day the job will be done and I'll leave nothing behind but a legacy fit for a deity and a family
More angels to bless the land and spread the seeds
A baby is born same time a man pleads
Souls are money, I don't know about you but I don't play with my bread
Yeast rises on easter, money is god? Only know this cause
After all, I'm an angel
