Angel, Your Heart Is My Sun Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Angel, Your Heart Is My Sun

Angel, It so dark and cold
Dreary of torrential redundancy
Take me to the land of that shines
Inside the heart of an all-around love

Feeling lost and alone
Too inside for the outside remorse
Nothing but silence and fear
Hidden tear drops
By the judgements of imploring devoid

Angel, So beautiful you are
Your wings tell stories of strength and wisdom
Battles of each flaw embedded
Shows the beauty for you represent
Inside to out, you have all of my respect

I see you where you are Angel
Can feel what you can feel
Not that I could ever live in your shoes
Just know, Somehow time will surely be healed

Like you, the past must go
The present is where every true matter flows
A blueprint to the future
Where the importance is now
As we feel our souls grow

Angel, Dreams can be made true
We must fight with all of our heart
Save opportunities' light from refuge
Make it brighter than ever before

Angel, The essential grace of beauty
Your heart is warm and strong
With a soul ever so giving
And wings scarred with battles that you have won

Angel, even if you do not realize this, you will
Notice, that your heart has always been my sun

In any loving aspect
Let me fly with you as one

Together we shall fight any pain and anguish
With our dreams we shall indeed coexist as won
Even winning the battles yet to come

Angel, Your heart has indeed always been my sun
