Angels Came And Left Poem by Rex-mayor Ubini

Angels Came And Left

Angels came and left,
They came, they left.
They left her with bruises,
And broken grains of glasses.

Her heart bled lovelorn,
Her eyes tears forlorn
And love to her is hate,
But she is my fate.

Am not an angel
Neither am I a devil
Am not a good lover
But am not a heart breaker.

What woo-words she hasn’t heard?
What song she hasn’t heard?
What act she hasn’t seen?
What love she hasn’t felt?

Let everyone have a mind,
Come take away mine,
If it can’t be seen by her watery eyes;
That I’m hell bent head over heels,
Pouring my heart on her grains of glass.
To mend them together with no trace of her past,
Come take away my mind.
