Another World Poem by Patti Masterman

Another World

Rating: 3.5

Music takes me to another world
Where the human's touch is only incidental;
And an old, alien language there speaks to my soul,
While invisible fingers are plucking my strings,
And an unknown landscape there unfurls,
Made half of emotion and half purely mental;
And only it can fill that empty hole
In your heart, that always is wanting to sing.
