Aphrodisiac For The Poet
I found an aphrodisiac
that helps the poet think
so when you find a certain lack
or teet'ring on the brink
of running out of words to say
you sit there like a dummy
take my advice just for today
and don't call for your Mummie
but turn your ears to words of wisdom
don't wait for an ovation
accept her thoughts,
she might have kissed them
love is your inspiration.
