Aphrodites Rain Poem by thaddeus dugan

Aphrodites Rain

Rating: 5.0

You've purchased the quivers that torture my might
Your blemishes are so perfect they embellish the night
You reteach the preachers what to worship, therefore whats right
Your tears scorch wings ardently craft for flight
Dear aphrodites rain burns poor icarus's sight
Your beauty entertains no earthly height
